INSPECT-ITC-017_Generator Inspection

All spark plugs adjusted and cleaned if necessary

Points and condenser cleaned and adjusted

Engine oil checked and replaced if necessary

Lube distributor, starter and governor

Cooling system checked

Antifreeze checked and tested

All water hoses checked

Clean fuel sediment bowl if necessary

Entire unit checked for water, oil and fuel leaks

All belts adjusted

Check condition of batteries, add acid, clean posts/recharge

Clean and refill air cleaner if necessary

Check battery charging generator brushes/starting motor brushes

Check Ac generator brushes for proper setting wear

Check DC brushes for proper setting and wear

Clean static interior

Check condition of muffler and exhaust system

Check operations of cooling and venting system

Clean generator of dust and carbon deposits

Stand-by shutdown test, all functions operating normally

Check all safety shut downs

Lube all locks and hinge
