This report has been completed during a cursory periodic inspection of the above property. The inspection did not involve any furniture or other personal possessions being moved and can only be based on what can be physically seen at the time and subject to current lighting conditions. Please note if a particular issue is not clearly visible it may not be reported during this inspection especially in a situation where no tenant is present or the tenant forgets or fails to bring a particular issue to our attention. Issues can sometimes be reported after the visit when the inspector has left by the tenant(s) for which we will notify the landlord of this separately.
