Inverter Cleaning

  • Check the temperature and dust of the heat-sink. Use vacuum cleaner to clean the module if necessary;

  • Check the air inlet and outlet

Warning Labels

  • Check if the warning labels are clearly visible

Cable Connections

  • Check if all cable entries are sealed properly

  • Check if there is water leakage inside the station

  • Check station can close and open freely

  • Check the sealing strip is sealed properly

  • Check if the power cable connections are loose

  • Check if the power cables and control cables are damaged

  • Check if the wrap belt of the connection terminals is strip-off

Air Inlet / Outlet

  • Check the air inlet filter and ventilation ducts of the station

Fan

  • Check if there is crack in the fan blade

  • Check if there is abnormal noise during the running of the fan

Device Maintenance

  • Check the corrosion of the metal components

  • Check the contactors (auxiliary switches and micro-switches)

  • Check the running parameters (esp., voltage and insulation)

Safety Function

  • Check the emergency stop button and the LCD stop function;

  • Simulation shutdown

LCD / HMI

  • Check if the time displayed on the LCD display is correct
