  • Walkways clear of debris particularly granules, cardboard and stretch wrap?

  • Clear signage in place to segregate personnel and vehicle traffic when in warehouse areas?

Fork Lift Trucks

  • Safety Checks complete on fork lift trucks (check at least 2)

  • FLT seatbelts fitted and being worn?

  • Unattended trucks left in safe condition forks fully lowered and tilted and with no unauthorised use possible?
