Scaffolding

  • Are the RAMS appropriate to the task

  • Are working platforms fully boarded, handrailed and toeboarded?

  • Is there adequate bracing?

  • Are the ties, if required, installed correctly to SG4 Anchorage systems for Scaffolding?

Quality & Valuation

  • Was comprehensive and accurate information provided? ( A55/drawings/photographs)

  • Has permission to erect the scaffold been obtained from the land/home owner?

  • Is the scope of works required at the site location the same as those specified in the ' job pack / RAMS )? ( i.e. Height of scaffold required, span of scaffold )

  • Are there any housekeeping issues?

Vehicles

  • Does the vehicle carry a first aid kit?

  • Is the vehicle Loaded safely?

  • Is the vehicle parked in a safe and considerate manner?

  • Is the vehicle free from any defects or damage

  • Signature of person carrying out audit
