4.3 Determining the scope of the quality management system

4.4 Quality management system and its processes

4.4.1 The organisation shall establish, implement, maintain and improve a quality management system, including the processes needed and their intertactions, in accordance with the requirements of this international standard?

  • What are the inputs required and outputs expected of these processes?

  • What is the sequence and interaction of these processes?

  • Have you determined and applied criteria and methods (including monitoring, measurements and related performance indicators) needed to ensure the effective operation and control of these processes?

  • Have you determined the resources needed for these processes and ensure their availbility?

  • Have you assigned responsibilities and authorities for these processes?

  • Have you addressed the risks and opportunties as determined and in accordance with the requirements?

  • Have you evaluated these process and implemented neccesary changes?

  • Have you improved process and the quality management system?

4.4.2 To the extent neccesary, the organisation shall:

  • Does the company maintain documented informaitomn to support the operation of its processes

  • Does the company retain documented information to have confidence that the processes are being carried out as planned?
