  • REMINDER: FIRST MONDAY REFRIGERATOR CLEAN-OUT

    • Put our magnet signs on refrigerator doors Wednesday prior to the first Friday. The magnets are stored on the side of the refrigerator. Each door should have one placed neatly above the door handle of each refrigerator. If you are missing a sign text Dan the building and floor number.

    • On the First Friday night we remove any items on the list of detail instructions and wipe clean the refrigerator.
    • Please do not leave your floor, besides for break. Look for stocking needs and text me needed items.
    • Remove and store “Wet Floor Signs” if floor is dry.
    • Take PRIDE in serving our customer by providing a Clean and Organized Facility!

KITCHENETTE

  • Dust Air Vents either with a vac cart duster or handle duster.

  • Microwaves cleaned inside and out. Use “Morning Mist”.

  • Ice Machine cleaned around the tray and the stainless. “Use Crew Scale Remover”.

  • Dust top of ice Machine. If well maintained a white duster will work.

  • Clean sink with “Emerald” a soft scrub like product and green scrub sponge then polish clean with stainless steel cleaner.

  • Ensure faucet has no lime scale on it. Use “crew de lime and green scrub sponge.

  • Clean fronts of vending machine. Use Glass cleaner.

  • Wipe down Keurig Coffee Machine with Morning Mist.

  • Clean out Trash Bin cabinet by sweeping out debris and wipe.

  • Sweep floor, ending with crevice tool from the cart vac to ensure corners are clean.

  • Mop floor with Swiffer type mop, including under Ice Machine. Use floor cleaner. Clean legs of tables.

  • Ensure there are Sanitized Wipes Bucket in the kitchenette.

FOCUS ROOMS

FLOORS / CARPETS DESK AREA

  • Dust Air Vents either with a vac cart duster or handle duster.

  • Dust window ledges, desk dividers, desk, monitor, file cabinets and copy machines.

  • Check for Hand wipes at the four corners of the floor on the paper shred it box.

  • Dust file cabinets in halls / walk ways.

  • Dust picture frames, fire extinguishers, signs, and any other hanging items.

  • North Building Service elevator door cleaned. (IF IN NORTH BUILDING)

ELEVATOR LOBBY

  • Dust Air Vents either with a vac cart duster or handle duster.

  • Dust / Clean outside elevator doors and direction buttons.

  • Sweep floor in lobby

  • Sweep floor on stairway landing, most floors will have two landings.

STORAGE CLOSET

  • Organize and keep clean.

  • Empty mop bucket (N/A if no bucket)

  • Remove trash / empty boxes.
