Tyres - Pressures need to be correct (see vehicle Information for correct F/R air pressures). Use pump & Doublecheck with a Pressure gauge before Passing or Failing please

Tyres - Check Side walls are in good condition inside & out! No damage, bubbles or foreign objects

Tyres - Tread depth (min 1.6mm across width of tyre)

Wheels x 4 - Loosen and retighten wheels, using a torque wrench: (see Vehicle recommendations & Trailer Wheel information sheet)

Wheels Rims - Check both inner and outer rims for dents, paint or metal corrosion

Spare Wheel Full check: Tread depth Min 1.6mm across? Air Pressure correct? Rims ok?

Spare Wheel Deployability- Test spare wheel lowering will deploy/ works
Vehicle Safety and Items present

Seat belts- Check condition and all functions are working (Inertia lock, buckle lock and buckle release)

Roof Bars- Check fixings are secure and in good condition

Towing reg. plate x2 in vehicle

X4 Canoe Straps (Long) in vehicle?

Wheel Nut Wrench (The thing that takes the wheel Nuts/Bolts off)

Jack + Handle

Warning Triangle

First aid kit sealed and intact (If opened please re-check contents)
Engine, steering, brakes and handbrake (Complete ONLY IF/WHEN Other actions/concerns are fixed/complete and Vehicle is safe to use.

Get another persons opinion and report to line manger if it sounds bad- Pass or Fail?
