Are all parking bumpers in place with rebar?

Are all garbage cans and ashtrays under an awning and clean with nice paint?

Are all outside POP and menu board graphics in place with plexiglass over them?

Is the OCS screen working?

Is the OCS screen display correct graphics?

Are all outside faucets free of dripping?(including dumpster faucets)

Do all entry doors operate properly, door pin intact and door closers ADA compliant?

Are the floors safe to walk on?

Are the mats in good condition? No unraveling or grease buildup?Note condition.

Are mats in proper place and dry underneath?If not notify manager and clean up water yourself.

Are all ceiling tiles free of stains and all are present?

Is it comfortable in Dining room? Temperature nice?

Is the music playing?

Is the music at the correct volume?

Are all tables level and not wobbly?

Are all tables free of laminate peeling?

Are all chairs in good condition? Check backs, seats and legs.

Is the drink station trough clean and draining properly?

Are all lights lit?

Are restroom door closers ADA compliant?

Are all restroom lights lit?

Is restroom free of trash on floor?

Are all toilets tight to floor and stable?

Are all toilet seats tight and free of damage?

Are all toilets and urinals free of leaks?

Do all toilets and urinals flush?

Are all toilet paper dispensers secure and in working order? All spindles in place, 2 per dispenser.

Are all paper towel dispensers working and in good condition? Paper towels present?

Do hand dryers work? (If applicable)

Are mirrors free of graffiti and scratches?

Are all walls and doors free of graffiti?

Are all ice machines working?

Are all fryers in use? If not find out why.

Are all grill lanes lit and at temp?

Is drive thru window opening and closing properly and the auto lock handle is working properly?

Are all kitchen lights lit?

Are all cooler and freezer doors closing properly?

Are all gaskets sealing and in good condition? If not get model and serial and how many gaskets needed.

Are the walk in cooler and freezer at temp and free of ice buildup and water dripping?

Are all A/C thermostats set properly and at set temperature?

Are all faucets free of drips?

Is the receiving door closing properly and weatherstripping and door sweep in good condition?
