Section One - Building Services

  • 1.1- Are the team in full uniform presenting a smart and professional image at all times

  • 1.2 - Do the toilets smell fresh And are the lights working, are the bins clean and tidy.

  • 3.6 - Is the cleaner aware of what to do when dealing with a spillage - actions required as well as how it's reported
