  • Have carpeted areas been vacuumed daily in foyer and reception area?

  • Have bins been emptied and replaced with a new bin liner?

GYM FLOOR / STUDIOS

  • Has dusting cloth been used to go over all non equipment surfaces i.e. window sills/pillars on a fortnightly basis?

  • Has all internal glass below 2m been spot cleaned daily?

  • Are the paper towel dispensers and/or WOW wipe dispensers, sanitiser units and disinfectant spray bottles been restocked daily?

  • Have water fountains been wiped down free from grime, polished with microfibre cloth free from smudges?

  • Has cardio equipment been wiped and disinfected on Monday and Friday Only?

  • Has weight equipment seats, frames and handles been wiped down and disinfected on Wednesday only?

  • Has underneath treadmills been vacuumed weekly?

BATHROOMS AND SHOWERS

  • Have toilets/urinals been brushed, bleached, disinfected and wiped down free from dust and marks, have urinal cakes been replaced?

  • Are mirrors clean and free from streaks and dust?

  • Are showers and partitions clean free from grime, grates free from hair and build up, matting removed and washed.

  • Have floors been vacuumed, mopped clean incl free from grease, grime, hair

  • Have changeroom surfaces, hooks, benches and hairdryers been wiped and disinfected weekly? (Saturday)

  • has rubbish been removed from lockers and lost property returned to reception daily?

  • Have vanities, basins, sinks and taps been cleaned and wiped down?

  • Have all bins been emptied, wiped down and lined with a new liner daily?

  • Has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, toilet paper and hand towels been refilled daily? if required.

CLEANERS ROOM

  • Are the WH&S Guidelines displayed?

  • Are all chemicals placed in bottles that are labelled and stored safely

  • Are Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) visible?

  • Are stock levels sufficient?

  • Are all equipment stored neatly or put away and area free of rubbish?
