- This work shall be considered binding upon signatures of customer and crew leader
- If after you agree to this work, you desire any changes or additional work, they must be agreed upon in writing. Workers are instructed not to undertake additional work without authorization. Changes may require an additional cost.
- Color should be chosen prior to signing. An additional cost will be charged for color changes made after commencement of the work.
