DRAWING

  • Do you have a sealed drawing on site for this pour?

J&S Column Hung System

  • Are tables built and installed as per sealed drawings?

  • Is column strenght at least 3,000 psi prior to concrete placement?

  • Are the column shores and shims attached to columns or walls as per J&S Drawing?

  • Are all threaded rods and nuts the special 150 KSI 1-7/16" lefthanded?

  • Are all nuts tighten so that no gap of light can be seen between the shim, shore and concrete?

  • Thustwashers in place between the lift pad and the adjustment screw?

  • Are all adjustment screws in the proper elevation according to drawings?

  • Are all additional shores on I beams in place as per sealed drawings?

  • Is center line of I beam and center line of adjusting screw in alignment within +/- 1/2"?

  • Are all assembly bolts and nuts in place and tight?

Loose framing Area

Truss tables

  • Are all legs dropped and pinned?

  • Are all screws snug?

  • Are all truss braces in place and bolts snug?

  • Is all X bracing in place?

  • Are all additional shores in place (if required) secured from tipping and plumb?

  • Do all steel shores have pin fully inserted?

  • Is all lacing in place?

Reshores

  • Are all reshores in place (leg to leg) plumb with spring Clips?

  • Are all pins completely inserted and are all reshores snug to ceiling?

  • Have reshores on lower levels been rechecked?

  • Are all reshores at perimeter of building secured to prevent tipping?

  • Are all floors supporting formwork up to strength?
