  • Take a photo of the rubbish you have brought down with you, its sometimes a good idea to spread it out somewhere so you can get an idea of what are the usual items found on the roof and also the location they are found.

  • Please use this space provided to make comment on your findings such as; contractor rubbish such as screws, tools, drink bottles, leaks needing obvious repair, exhaust fan condition, faults with approved walkway. This is a great tool for working towards preventative maintenance.
