Is the lawn vigorous with even coverage, free from patches or damage (e.g. wheel ruts)?

Does the site contain irrigation or drainage systems?

Is the irrigation working effectively with no visible leaks?

Are grates, pits and drains within open space areas clean and free of obvious obstructions?
