General Upper Works Inspection

Engine Group: Engine, Engine Gauges, Batteries, Alternator, Starter, Cooling System (Radiators and coolers clean), Belts, Fluid Levels. Complete Leak Check.

Check Air Compressor for proper operation and adjustment. Inspect air system for leaks. Check low air alarm operation.

Pump Drive / Transmission Case: Runs properly, proper fluid levels, Check for leaks. No excessive vibration or noise, check sprockets for wear and chain for missing keepers.

Check all hydralulic components and hoses for leaks including fan drives. Check hydraulic fluid for proper level.

Chain Cases / Gear Cases: Proper fluid levels, no excessive noise. Check Chains and Sprockets. Check all lube alarms for operation.
