General Upper Works Inspection

  • Engine Group: Engine, Engine Gauges, Batteries, Alternator, Starter, Cooling System (Radiators and coolers clean), Belts, Fluid Levels. Complete Leak Check.

  • Check Air Compressor for proper operation and adjustment. Inspect air system for leaks. Check low air alarm operation.

  • Pump Drive / Transmission Case: Runs properly, proper fluid levels, Check for leaks. No excessive vibration or noise, check sprockets for wear and chain for missing keepers.

  • Check all hydralulic components and hoses for leaks including fan drives. Check hydraulic fluid for proper level.

  • Chain Cases / Gear Cases: Proper fluid levels, no excessive noise. Check Chains and Sprockets. Check all lube alarms for operation.

  • Check House Jacking cylinders for proper operation.

  • Check Power Down chain for wear and keepers, Check system for proper operation.
