  • Purpose:
To provide a checklist to assist in the 3 monthly inspections of employees work areas. The form also has Corrective Actions where the areas inspected are identified with other information and all items requiring corrective action along with responsibility and time lines are listed.

The checklists must be forwarded to the Health and Safety Coordinator when the inspection has been completed. When Corrective Actions are completed they should be notified to the Health and Safety Coordinator.

The number of inspections completed and the Corrective Actions are part of the Monthly Key Performance Indicator Report from the Health and Safety Coordinator to the Executive Management Committee.

  • Scope:
This checklist applies to all areas of Council where employees work regularly. It does not apply to temporary work sites in Public areas.
