Are staff wearing the correct PPE?
Are their actions reducing risks to themselves and/or others?
Are staff using correct manual handling techniques? e.g. 2 person lift or using lifting equipment or aids
Has a Risk Assessment / SWMS been completed?
Look at the environment
Is the area free from hazards?
Are the safety signs adequate?
What do staff think will improve performance and safety?
Any corrective actions required (detail who is responsible / dates)
