Production area

  • Is the cleaning schedule up to date

  • Department wide PPE available and in good condition

  • Are the 2 eye wash stations stocked and in date (near washroom door & debag door)

  • Are all walkway clear and free from debris?

  • Are all the lights working?

  • Is the gantry and stairs free from debris?

  • Are all the cleaning utensils hung on shadow boards?

  • Are all the hoses coiled up and not lying around?

  • No more than 3 rows of empty tets lined up!

  • Are all packer ops wearing correct gloves while operating packers (Not latex)

  • LOTO, is Padlock control in place at all packers?

  • Are chemical drums correctly tagged?

  • Any slip, trip of fall risks observed?

Debag

  • Are all the cleaning utensils hung on shadow boards?

  • Are the walkways clear and free from debris?

  • Are the 2 sets of steps in good working order?

  • Are all the lights working?

People

  • Are all personnel wearing correct PPE?

  • Ask an operator if they have any health & safety concerns

  • Ask an operator what improvement ideas they may have

  • Take a picture of a good health & safety practice
