Daily Inspection Checklist

  • Visually check the machine

  • Chassis/skip locks- Disengaged

  • Controls/crush zone/rams- clean and clear of debris

  • Roll over protection frame – secure/fully upright/undamaged

  • Seatbelt anchorage- serviceable

  • Covers and mudguards- secure

  • No fluid leaks

  • Tyres—no cuts /splits/ Tyre pressure

  • Mount machine and check all controls—Brakes, steering, electrics, etc

  • Safety devices in good working order

  • Guards are secure and in good condition

  • Engine oil level

  • Hydraulic oil and hoses

  • Fuel level

  • Axle, brake and transmission oil

  • Wheel nuts

  • Clean Collision Vehicle Sensors (During wet/mudding conditions they will need to be clean more often)

  • Lights, reflectors, Mirrors, Tyres and steering OK

  • Grease working parts of machine
