Lumus Site Audit Template

This site audit requires the technician to investigate a suitable location to install a 43" Standard Screen in Portrait ( Prefered or Landscape orientation if not achievable) on a suitable wall in the reception or waiting area as guided by the staff. If a wall is not an option then we would then need to investigate a ceiling or floor mount options in a suitable space. *****Present yourself appropriately***** •Treat our client with respect •Cleanup any mess created in the installation process •Report any issues which arise on site and follow up with a phone call to your Mandoe Project Manager •Report any injury or near misses •Complete inductions if requested to •Wear PPE when required (i.e, eye protection, appropriate footwear) •Do not put yourself or others at risk •Follow safety signs and procedures •Never work in unsafe areas •If in doubt, please call your Mandoe Project Manager •No alcohol or illegal drugs are to be consumed prior to or during working hours

Wall Mount Option Details Required

  • Take a photo of the proposed wall from a distance

  • Measure the wall and provide dimensions to confirm it will fit within the screen dimensions constraints ( 43" Screen Dimensions 971mm (L) x 564mm (H) x 60mm (D) )

  • Take a photo and mark out on the image the desired placement of the screen in landscape or in portrait orientation

  • Measure and provide the desired height from floor to the bottom of the screen

  • Are there any existing obstructions that will impede installation?

  • Take photos of the obstructions that will impede or impact installation access

  • Explain what access is required

  • Are there any existing power and data points near the proposed screen location?

  • Take Photos of any power and data Points near the proposed wall location

  • Provide distance from the exisiting power to the screen location

  • Provide conduit lengths required to surface mount to run from existing power to the screen location

  • Does the wall have structural integrity to support 15kg TV/Bracket with in wall Nogs / Wooden battens?

  • What options are there to securley mount the screen on a wall?

Ceiling Mount Option Details Required

  • Take a photo of the proposed Ceiling from a distance

  • Take a photo and mark out on the image the desired placement of the screen in landscape or in portrait orientation

  • Measure and provide the desired height from floor to the bottom of the screen

  • Are there any existing obstructions that will impede installation?

  • Take photos of the obstructions that will impede or impact installation access

  • Explain what access is required

  • Are there any existing power and data points near the proposed screen location?

  • Take Photos of any power and data Points near the proposed wall location

  • Provide distance from the exisiting power to the screen location

  • Provide conduit lengths required to surface mount to run from existing power to the screen location

  • Does the Ceiling have structure support for a 20kg TV/Bracket to be supported?

  • Is there a Manhole or tile ceiling to provide access to install a support block to the desired location?

  • Is the Ceiling secure enough without a support block?

Floor Mounted Option Details Required

  • Take a photo of the proposed floor Mount location from a distance

  • Take a photo and mark out on the image the desired placement of the Floor Mount Screen

  • Measure and provide the desired height from floor to the bottom of the screen

  • Are there any existing obstructions that will impede installation?

  • Take photos of the obstructions that will impede or impact installation access

  • Explain what access is required

  • Are there any existing power and data points near the proposed screen location?

  • Take Photos of any power and data Points near the proposed wall location

  • Provide distance from the exisiting power to the screen location

  • Provide conduit lengths required to surface mount to run from existing power to the screen location

Access and contact

  • Is there Wifi in the store

  • Please ask and provide the SSID: and Password

  • Please test the strength of the wifi signal at the desired screen location on Ookla online speed test (https://www.speedtest.net/

  • Are there data points located near the desired screen location?

  • Can a conduuit be run to the screen location for the data outlet?

  • Are there any access requirements to attend the site for installation? i.e inductions , Sign in or after hours

  • Please explain the requirements

  • Are there specific installation times requested for installation?

  • Please explain installation restrictions

  • Will there be any complications for parking or equipment delivery?

  • Please explain the complexity

  • Are there any drilling or noise restrictions to adhere to?
