Confirm motors checked for correct rotation as per label on pump.

Confirm motor/ pump couplings installed & aligned after direction test.

Confirm full system flush conducted.

Confirm filter elements & filter bowls checked for contaminants & changed out if required.

Confirm all air has been bled from system.

Confirm all hydraulic fittings/ couplings are checked for leaks.

Check and confirm hoses & pipes do not rub or chafe against other equipment during operation.

Confirm tank level after system fully charged & refill to approx. 20 mm below maximum level on the level gauge.

Confirm system comes up to and maintains required temperature.

Confirm charge pressure corresponds to specifications.

Check all hydraulic fittings/ couplings and confirm no leaks.

Confirm that pressure in drain line measured at motor is less than 3 bar.

Confirm there are no oil leaks from rear shaft seal.

Confirm motor operates efficiently throughout varying test speeds.
