Have their been any incidents in the past week, e.g. oil spills, unauthorised discharges?

Has a Private Property Access Agreement been completed prior to commencing works on council land or private property?

Has an excavation permit been completed for each site been completed prior to commencing works?

Have erosion and sediment controls been implemented in accordance with the Blue Book, including:<br> - Protection of stormwater drain inlets<br> - Silt socks around the work perimeter<br> - Tarp / geofab etc to protect grass or road beneath works

Have sediment controls been maintained?

Is drilling fluid contained within a recirculating system? Are controls in place to prevent the fluid spreading in the event of a spill?

Are roads clean? Are there signs of dirt tracking outside site?

Are drains and gutters clear of sediment, litter, etc?

Is significant dust visible leaving site?

Have dust mitigation measures been implemented, e.g. use of watercart

Has the weather forecast been checked daily to assist in planning control measures?

Is the site free of litter?

Are general waste containers available? Have they been emptied at a suitable frequency?

Has waste drilling fluid been removed by a licenced waste contractor?

Are spill kit(s) near active work sites / in vehicles and are they suitably stocked?

Is there any evidence of any spills or leaks that have not been cleaned up or reported?

Are chemical materials stored in bunded areas or removed from site at the end of shift? Are bunds maintained?

Are all chemical storage containers labelled and in good condition?

Have any night works been completed this week? If yes, was notification provided and monitoring completed?

Has noise monitoring been completed for each activity?

Is plant onsite maintained with efficient muffler design?

Are boreholes or test pits located outside the canopy span or drip-line of trees?

Have any trees / shrubs been removed / trimmed / pruned / damaged?

Are all parked site vehicles clear of property driveways/access points?

Are all footpaths clear from blockages, e.g. gates, materials, stockpiles?

Is business signage visible and not being blocked by works?

Have all community issues been followed up, i.e dust, noise etc?

Has any asbestos, acid sulphate soil or other contaminated material been uncovered?

Have any unexpected heritage items been uncovered?
