Verbalize your appreciation of their level of commitment to the Project a good start point might be based on the Project Values. Recognize the work they are doing and their contribution to the Project. Make it relevant to the work that they are doing

Listen for opportunities - What has your experience been life so far? How is the Project different from other Projects that you have worked on? What is the best thing about working here?
