General around Interior of the house

  • Smoke alarms installed, 3 m from all bedrooms max

  • Door gaps, pins knocked down, and gaps. Filled around striker plates, doors rubbing on carpet. Check the plastic box is in the striker plate

  • All Lights and fans working correctly

  • Check windows run freely, and sliders are adjusted and can lock easily

  • Check hotwater cylinder is turned on

  • Man Holes are in place and cut out, Check both levels if needed

  • Take Photos of all Rooms in the house, including any defects

Lounge/Living area

  • Check walls and ceiling for defects

  • Door gaps, Handles, door stops. Doors Rubbing

  • Paint & carpet?

  • Fire Place Installed Correct, running, health installed,

  • Check aircon works

Kitchen

  • Kitchen Cabinet's, drawers, bench top, toe kicks. everything sealed

  • Check walls and ceiling for defects

  • Range hood & appliances, check if the hobs, in sink aerator, oven, dishwasher tested Turn on and burn off sealers from racks and shelves

  • Splash back has been installed, 300x100 white tiles for splash back to pantry, all silicon is in the right places

  • check rangehood has been sealed where gib cove butts into

  • Instructions in the second drawer, including alarm instructions

Garage

  • Garage doors and motors?<br>Leads all tucked up nicely

  • Check walls and ceiling for defects

  • Power reading, take photo

  • Laundry tub sealed to wall

  • Alarm key pad? Change to owners code if discussed

  • Garage has been scrapped out, cleaned out ( Floor )

  • Check wall plate cover for water tap

  • Check and operate garage door, check vacuum system works

  • Spare tiles and paint left in the garage for the owner

Separate Laundry?

  • Laundry / Tub, as per addendum and sealed to wall

  • Splash back has been installed, 300by100 white tiles for splash back to pantry, all silicon is in the right places

  • Check Lighting/fan has been installed if no window, or dryer duct

Bathroom / Toilet, Separate Toilet

  • Check trap is sealing in the shower, and cleaned out

  • Check damage around HTR and make sure it is on and exposed pipes when there is no cupboards under neath

  • Check to make sure you cant see any gold thread on exposed vanitys. IE no cupboards

  • Check toilet roll holders are in place, do we need a towel rail, check addendum

  • Check fans are working correctly

  • Check door stops are in place and tiles are finished nicely

  • Check bath ok for chips/marks. Bath plug is there

  • Check Mirrors are in place and sealed. Light sitting above has no damage

  • Check toilets are working correctly, no chips

Check All Bedrooms

  • Check doors arent rubbing and handles are OK, with door stops<br>

  • Check wardrobe shelving is installed correctly and no damage

  • Check 40x20 above sliders have been installed

  • Check walls and ceiling for defects

Walk in wardrobe
