Is the signage clear and easy to read?

Are there any obstructions in the operating areas?

Is the operating area clean and tidy?

Are all members onsite wearing appropriate PPE gear?

Are the bulk bags stacked to the correct height?

Are the bags/pallets stacked according to our procedures? ie single/pyramid stacked.

Are there any bags on an angle/at risk of falling?

Are there layerboards being used when stacking pallets?

Are the stacked pallet piles done so safely?

Is the surrounding ares/perimeter clean and tidy?

Area all EXITs clear?

Are the rubbish and cardboard bins at suitable levels?

Have the Forklift Inspection books been filled out?

Is the Forklift maintenance up to date?

Is the Container yard clear of layerboards, cardboard, timber, general rubbish and used container locks?
