Team appearance and professionalism

  • PPE worn meets site standards - sleeves rolled down, shirts tucked in and safety boots etc.

Staffing

Safety

  • Workplace fire systems inspection - in place / functional / in date - evacuation plans displayed

  • Hazard reporting program can be evidenced - review recent hazard reports.

  • Safe step program in place, actively working and are completed for new tasks.

  • JHA's are completed for all tasks with a risk assessment score of 12 or higher

  • Electrical safety. all equipment and appliances are tested and tagged within current date range.

  • SWI library is accessible to all staff

  • Workshop signage for PPE requirements for hearing / eye protection and minimum requirements in place.

  • Electrical log book is completed as required and signed off in a timely manner.

  • One person from workgroup is qualified to render first aid and a adequate first aid facility is in place for employees

  • Barricading and excavations follow safety policy and works impacts are well timed and communicated - all barricading is tagged

Guest Services

  • All daily maintenance requests are allocated/actioned to the responsible maintenance person within 24 hours of receipt.

Rubbish removal

Job planning

  • All WSM jobs closed out in a timely manner and is the WSM system well managed - review outstanding works.

Matrix Items

  • Maintenance register (Maintenance MATRIX) issued daily with Snapshot report. Invoice tracker maintained detailing backchargeable costs and sent to Fortescue weekly 10:00am each Monday.

  • Daily / weekly / monthly checks of catering equipment

  • Weekly inspection and care for the dishwashing equipment

  • Daily pool cleaning and chemical level checks

  • Weekly emergency lighting checks

  • Weekly eyewash station safety check<br><br>

  • Weekly smokers ceasefires are serviced<br><br>

  • Weekly washing machine and dryer availability maintained above 95% and report supplied weekly to FMG.

  • Quarterly replacing of water filters and sanitizing of ice machines in ice rooms.

Gardening/surrounds

  • Garden reticulation systems in good order with no leaks.

  • Oval well maintained including sprinkler system and fertilizing programme

  • BBQ grassed areas well maintained.

  • Landscaped areas plants/trees alive and staked up as required

  • All BBQ areas are cleaned and surrounding areas serviced daily

  • Pathways swept on regular basis.

  • Overall cleanliness and tidiness of the village and surrounding enviroment including car parks, oval, BBQ areas etc.

  • Nursery area clean and tidy

  • Recycle yard organised

  • All gardening equipment is in good state of repair with guards fitted as required.

  • Indoor plants/pot plants managed.
