Temperature record

  • Place probe thermometer inside fridge for 2 minutes and record temperature.
    Notify manager if any fridge is not fall below 5 degrees over 30 minutes.
    If fridge is in defrost the temperature may be above 5 degrees for a short period of time. Take temperature when the fridges are not in defrost mode.
