Start of shift (AM) & Check in and Check out

  • Visit reception to inform associates you are on duty.

  • Visit golf operations team leader to inform them you are on duty.

  • Spot check 3 associates from different stations for, Grooming, Cleanliness & normal Operation - INSERT NAMES

  • Fire extinguishers - in place

Lobby (AM)

  • Lobby music, lighting, scent and internet are in excellent working order.

  • Lobby furniture and fixtures are clean, organized and in good condition.

  • Conduct at least one audit of a guest check in based on 59 club standards. Give score out of 10

  • EGF computer is turned on and set to full screen.

  • Cleanliness of staircase from bag drop to reception

  • Ensure guest lifts are clean and free from debris.

  • Ensure car park is clean and free from debris, and signages are clean

  • Ensure flags are in good order, and flying at correct height.

Locker Rooms (AM)

  • Locker room is clean, trash bins cleared and all amenities available.

  • Water, ice, sliced fruit and paper cups are available.

  • Television is switched on and all marketing material is up to date.

  • Spot check 10 random lockers for 2 x hangers, towel and welcome letter.

  • Ensure sauna and steam room are operational

Fitness Suite (AM)

  • Gym is clean, trash bins cleared and sanitizer pump is visible and ready for guest use.

  • Music, lighting, scent and internet are in excellent working order.

  • Sound system and TV are working in gym.

  • Time and Date are correct on the clock.

  • Weights, kettlebells and accessories and organised and in good order.

  • At least 5 towels are folded and ready for guests

Golf Operations

  • Starter in position on 1st / 10th tee (AM)

  • Player Assistant on the Golf Course - please check they are recieving and dealing with Visage messages. (AM)

  • Driving range has sufficient golf balls, which are clean and presented in pyramids (please add photo daily) (AM)

  • Clocks on hole 1, 10 and driving range are on time and the glass is perfectly cleaned.

  • Spot check 10 random golf carts for cleanliness and staging standards.

Reception / Tee Sheet

  • Ask Front Desk on the TR / TEC goals for the day and check in on the performance throughout the day. Please leave a note with the TR targets for sign ups and points allocation for the day.

  • Conduct pair ups of tee sheet for following 7 days.

  • 14 day tee sheet sweep

Restaurant / Tenants

  • Ensure music, lighting, temperature, scent and internet are in excellent working order in Hillhouse Brasserie.

  • Ensure music, lighting, tempereture, scent and internet are in excellent working order in Duck Hook.

  • Inspect Hillhouse + Duck Hook washrooms for cleanliness (odor free) and functionality. Report defects to Engineering immediately.

Back of House (BOH)

  • Staff cafeteria is clean and manned

  • Events branding is removed from course, stored neatly and labelled

  • Smoking area - cigarette free, no associates in guest view

  • Recieving area is clean and cleared of all deliveries.

  • Associate Locker Rooms are clean and tidy

Before I go home

  • Golf operations office is tidy, desks cleared and organised.

  • Inform reception, golf operations team leader / other duty manager you are leaving.
