Housekeeping

  • 1. Check Condition of Linen storage (if there is any moulds or leaks)

Front Office

  • 1. Check to the team any update or hand over from previous shift that need to follow up

  • 2. Check to GSC for any update of the pending CEC case that need to be close and inform related department to follow up based on the case preferences

  • 3. Check the lobby area, Sofa Area, Lighting and check in counter (Cleanliness, defect, make sure everything in working order)

  • 4. Check the business center and office directory. Check the cleanliness, defect and make sure everything in working order.

  • 5. Check the drop zone and luggage store also concierge counter (Cleanliness, Defect and make sure everything in working order). Check any luggage was store overnight, if yes check the date, luggage information and make sure L&P team alert about the luggage that keprt over nights.

  • 6. Check the Gym, Fresh Smell, TV in working order, Gym equipment in working order, toilet in working order and amenities in place. Check the defect of the gym and communicate to related department if any defect occur.

  • 7. Check to the spa pantry, spa room (1.2 and 3) make sure the room is clean, defect free and everything in working order.

  • 8. Check the Kids club from any defect, room is clean, fersh smell and everything ion working order. Communicated with related department for any defect to be follor up directly.

  • 9. Inspect the hotel car, make sure the car in clean and inspect by night team, fuel should be not less that 1/4 tank and fresh smell all the time.

  • 10. Ensure the FO Office light was turn off and AC turn off.

Loss Prevention

  • 1. Are security officers at their respective posts (main Entrance, CCTV / LP Office & Patrol)?

  • 2. Checking termal check and hand sanitizer quality

  • 3. Is the basement entrance always closed?

  • 4. Is the hotel sign (Main Entrance, Best Brew & Basement entrance), the lights turned off?

  • 5. Is the vehicle parking arranged neatly according to place?

  • 6. Are there items taken after office hours?

  • 7. Are all doors locked when not in use, except for emergency exits?

  • 8. Is there a gate pass?

  • 9. Have there been any incidents or accidents?

  • 10. Are all CCTV cameras functioning properly?

  • 11. Does the fire alarm system function properly?

  • 12. Is there any project work that is potentially dangerous?

  • 13. Is all fire exits are unlocked from the inside and egress is clear?

  • 14. Is Inspect public restrooms at all area?
