• In consideration of your instructions to carry out work at the site detailed at section 2 of this method statement:
  We undertake that we, Mantech Safety Systems Ltd, our servants, agents and sub-contractors and all those for
  whom we are responsible, will comply with the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and all
  other statutory provisions currently in force during the period in which the work is in progress and take all
  additional precautions to ensure the health and safety of our own, your and other personnel, as well as members of
  the public who might be affected by our operations.
  We also undertake to pay due regard to and comply with, so far as is applicable, any Company Code and/or safe
  system of work issued or requested by the site representative named above, being for general guidance and not in
  any way complete statements of law.
