Dishwasher

  • Has the hygiene cycle been run on both machine?

  • Have the filters on both machines been removed and thoroughly been cleaned and sanitised?

  • Have the arms on both machines been removed and thoroughly been cleaned and sanitised?

  • Has the interior of both machines been thoroughly cleaned and sanitised?

Cutlery

  • Has all cutlery been washed and polished?

  • Have all of the cutlery racks and shelves been thoroughly cleaned and sanitised?

  • Has the cutlery polishing machine been cleaned inside and out?

Bin Area

  • Have all bins been emptied and taken to the downstairs bin store?

Walls

Electrical Equipment

Floor

  • Is the mop and mop bucket clean and in good condition?

  • Has the entire floor been brushed and mopped? Including underneath all shelves, equipment and work surfaces?

Cleaning Products

  • Are there enough cleaning products available for the next days service? (blue roll, sanitiser, clean mop heads etc)
