Outside POP

  • Reader board- take photos of both sides. If you have more than one prime sign with a reader board then have all four reader board photos.

  • Front doors. Photo of each door. No logos on door or managers name. No tape on doors or windows. Correct hours of operation up and straight and no bubbles. DTT sticker up.

  • Presell board. All POP correct. All lights working. Clean and no tape.

  • Drive thru menu board. POP correct. No light bleeds or tape. All lights working. Take two photos- breakfast side and lunch side. Extender correct and topper correct with light working and end pieces in place. Clean.

  • OCB board. No tape. Working or window cling over monitor. Clean.

  • Snaplock frame with correct POP and clean.

  • Spike sign. Correct ones up and in good condition.

  • Drive thru window. Correct hours of operation up and straight and in good condition. Current health inspection up and in good condition and properly posted where required.

Inside POP

  • Inside menu board. Take two photos -one for breakfast and one for lunch. All lights working and no tape. No glares. Menu board danglers up and in good condition.

  • Register toppers correct and in good condition. Counter mats in good condition. Gift card merchandise correct. Help wanted signs in good condition. Counter card in good condition. Take photo of front line counter.

  • Correct tray liners used.

  • Miscellaneous POP. Beverage bar. Banners.

  • Signature of person completing this audit
