Matchday Checklist

Open main reception and refer to bookings sheet to see what rooms are in use

Third floor: Open shutters to gantry

Third floor: Open Box 1-5 and check they are fit for use

Third floor: Check WCs are fit for use

Third floor: Open Directors Lounge and Function Room 2 and check they are fit for use

1st Floor: Open Main kitchen

1st Floor: Check WCs are fit for use

1st Floor: Open Banqueting Suite, check it is it fit for use ( remember to check far toilets)

1st Floor: Open Function Room 1 and check it is fit for use

Ground Floor: Open Tunnel

Ground Floor: Open away changing, refs,officials and appropriate coach room and check all are tidy and fit for use

Ground Floor: Open home changing, drugs test room and relevant physio room and check all are tidy and fit for use

Ground Floor: Open supporters bar and ensure it is fit for use . Remember to check toilets

Ground Floor: Open SE Concourse, turn on lights, open shutter door and check all toilets

Ground Floor: Check all push release doors in South East Concourse: Exit gate 5, door to exit to stewards room and door to enter from the gym. Ensure emergency exits are clear.

Ground Floor: Check push release on exit gate 6

Ground Floor: Open and check First Aid and Stewards Room

Ground Floor: Open Internal Gates C & D

Ground Floor: Open and check South Stand toilets

Ground Floor: Open South Stand bar

Ground Floor: Open South Stand turnstiles

Car Park: Secure the skip

Car Park: Ensure it is clear of litter & debris

Ground Floor: Open NE Concourse, turn on lights, open shutter door and check all toilets

Ground Floor: Check push release doors in North East concourse: Exit gates 3 &4, door by female WCs and door leading to FCHT club shop. Ensure all emergency exits are clear.

Open Internal Gate B

Open North Stand turnstiles

Open & check North Stand toilets.

Open Internal gate A

Open and check West Stand toilets.

Open West Stand turnstiles

Check emergency push release doors at the bottom of North East and South East stairwells in East Stand.

Undertake fire alarm test with Matchday GSO

Remember to reset first floor boiler after fire alarm check
