Completion of this checklist should be completed by the MHHA Committee and/or Host prior to the event starting. This Check List is to help identify any issues that may not have been identified and implement action(s) to minimise the risk as required. Answer each question with either ‘Safe’ or ‘Not Safe’ any ‘Not Safe’ responses will require an action to prevent harm prior to the event starting.
It is noted that the safety and welfare remain the responsibility of the attending members / owners and by attending MHHA organised events participants do so at their own risk.
