Check overall knife condition, Male and Female, report any issues for next PM

Visual check of waste build up underneath the waste belt and plan into next PM session when required.
Die - Cut Section Daily Cleans

Blow down all shafts and lubricate with LPS 1 or equivalent

Check condition of anvil covers and report any defects. Plan to rotate or skim if required.
Folder/Gluer Daily Cleans

Remove all dried glue from the gluing heads.

Clean and lubricate all the inlet and outlet shafts with LPS 1 or equivalent
-
Are folding rail tracks clean and free from waste and debris.
