I.E this could be a focus on your NPS and trying to improve your survey scores and engagement with your customers or it could be that you want to run a report and take more responsibilities in your team. • What have you achieved against these objectives? (how did it go? What were your successes? What was the outcome? Did it work out as planned or do you need to review what you did and how you went about it and try again?)

  • What stopped you achieving your objectives? (What didn't work so well? We're there any barriers in the way that stopped you from achieving your goals? If so what were they and can they be removed to aide your success? I.E. Time/holiday/business requirements/courses not available or do you require support?)

  • Where does your focus lie for the next month(s) (Do you have a new focus or are you continuing with your current focus if our objectives have not been achieved. Sometimes objectives are not always achievable, if this is the case move on)
