9. Is there 36" minimum clearance around electrical panel?

10. Is there sufficient water for employees? (Min. 2 Gal/8 hrs.)

11. Is there ice available for employees to cool the water?

12. Are there plenty of single use, disposable drinking cups?

13. Did you instruct employees to drink plenty of water ?

14. Is shade available at employees work assignment?

15. Are all protective guards in place on machines?
