Meter service is installed and wired correctly with proper clearance.

Point-of-access connections are encased & protected.

Additional protection needed for point-of-access connections.

Main service panel, breakers & fused disconnect are wired correctly & in operating condition.

Issues are present in the main panel, please address immediately.

Grounding system meets code requirements.

Defects were noted in grounding system. We recommend immediate attention for safety reasons.

GFCI (ground fault current interrupter) protection installed as code requires.

Recommend GFCI protection in all locations near water for safety reasons

Electric to HVAC (heating, ventilating & air conditioning) is in operating condition.

- Install carbon monoxide detectors
- Install smoke detectors on each level as needed
- Battery at smoke detector appears to be missing or in need of replacement
- Smoke detectors are inappropriately located

Electrical system for outdoor pool, spa, sauna, sprinkler system, lighting and receptacles are in operating condition.

Accessible Kitchen receptacles are in operating condition.
