Additional protection needed for point-of-access connections.

Main service panel, breakers & fused disconnect are wired correctly & in operating condition.

Issues are present in the main panel, please address immediately.

Grounding system meets code requirements.

Defects were noted in grounding system. We recommend immediate attention for safety reasons.

GFCI (ground fault current interrupter) protection installed as code requires.

Recommend GFCI protection in all locations near water for safety reasons

Electric to HVAC (heating, ventilating & air conditioning) is in operating condition.

The following conditions were noted:

Fire Alarm System present and in working condition.

Recommendation:

Proper surge protection to help prevent major damage to business electrical system, appliances and computer.

Electrical system for outdoor pool, spa, sauna, sprinkler system, lighting and receptacles are in operating condition.

Accessible Kitchen receptacles are in operating condition.

Adequate safety and security lighting at all exit doors.

Lighting fixtures are in operating condition.

Exhaust fans are in operating condition.

Exit and Emergency Flood lights present and in working order.
