MWD Disassembly

Place DHP into torque machine.

Break all torqued connections, UPU to Collar, MVS to UPU, and any others if applicable.

Remove tool from Torque Machine and place on proper disassembly stands.

Secure UPA and Unthread from Monel.
-
Pull UPA with attached string from Monel until first probe string connection with UPA is visable.

Break connection between SNT and UPA by placing parmalee on SNT sleeve, use backup parmalee on SNT housing if needed.

Move UPA to designated disassembly area.
-
Pull probe string from collar.
-
Move Collar to appropriate area for maintenance.
-
Move Collar to appropriate area for maintenance.
-
Verify caps are covering exposed lemo connections.
-
Using pressure washer, spray all invert and debris from probe string.
Probe String Maintenace.

Connect the tool to the test equipment. Power tool up through the lower module.

Start ToolManager.
-
Select Navi probes shop in the FILENAME drop down menu.

Click on LOAD and then CONNECT
-
Check if all nodes are green.

Select MEM tab.
-
Click on the Synchronize Time button. Then click the Yes
-
select the directory within in which the memorey files will be stored.
-
click on the Dump Memory button.
