If the asset is critical to dewatering, put it into local mode before completing next steps as there is a risk that the asset will stop in Auto mode in the next steps

Call OC Engineer and Inform them about Asset Fleet Number, Comms Type and Link Status UP

Await confirmation from engineer their systems are ready to go

Identify circuit breaker for comms device (i.e. LTE Modem or Radio) and switch it off
-
Await confirmation from engineer - they will get an alert for an IP address going off-line and will record the IP address against the asset fleet number provided

Switch the CB on again and wait for the device network link to go back up (as per SPL 5.a, 5.b)

Put the asset back into Auto Mode if it has been put into Local earlier

Await confirmation from engineer that PLC program has been downloaded and saved

Call OC Engineer and Inform them about Asset Fleet Number, Comms Type and Asset OFF Status

Turn ON asset by un-isolating at the battery isolator and ensuring all internal circuit breakers are on

Is the Network Link back UP as per SPL 5.a, 5.b? (the link may take up to 5 mins to go UP)

Inform Engineer when link goes UP

Await confirmation from engineer - they will get an alert for an IP address going on-line and will record the IP address against the asset fleet number provided

Await confirmation from engineer that PLC program has been downloaded and saved

Return the asset to the non-operation state by isolating

Asset is ON but has no connection - it will not be possible to collect information about IP address

Call OC engineer and inform them about connection failure
