1. Reservation Call

2. Initial Impressions

3. Bar Service

4. Service with a Smile

10. Lasting Impressions

10.01 Was your server well groomed: clean shaven (beard neatly trimmed), clean apron, ironed shirt, long hair pulled up, shorts appropriate length, fingernail polish not chipping, no facial jewelry?

10.02 Was the manager visible in the restaurant?

10.03 Did staff yield right of way to you when moving through the restaurant?

10.04 Were you sincerely thanked and invited to come back by anyone (host(ess), server, bartender)?
