  • Take clear pictures of damaged cable(s)

  • If there is damage to the power cable, inform Mission Control and wait for further instructions on how to proceed.

New Parts Installed - Normal SCO

  • Click "ADD Normal SCO" to record details and tests carried out:

  • The very first SCO in the coral will only need 1 x photo

  • You will record the details of the belted SCO on the next page

  • Normal SCO
  • Lane number of SCO - (For example, 116, 201)

Before Photographs

  • Take a clear picture of the wiring and earth bonding ( 2 x photos all together. Both sides of the machine)

Completed Work Photographs

  • Take a clear picture of the newly installed conduit ( 2 x photos all together. Both sides of the machine)

  • Take a clear picture of each new installed L brackets installed (2 x photos all together. Both sides of the machine)

  • Take a picture of the SCO welcome screen (Should say lane closed)

New Parts Installed - Belted SCO

  • Click "ADD Belted SCO" to record details and tests carried out:

  • Belted SCO
  • Lane number of Belted SCO - (For example, 135, 136)

Completed Work Photographs

  • Take a clear picture of each new installed L brackets installed

  • Take a picture of the SCO welcome screen (Should say lane closed)
