The current version of the Job Folder is on site?

All staff onsite have the correct P.P.E?

All Netpro employees and (sub)contractor personnel in site have completed the clients induction?

Form 002 (Hazard identification checklist) has been completed?<br>Evidence attached.

Form 003 (Job site risk assessment & control) has been completed?<br>Evidence attached.

Form 005 (Site specific induction) has been completed and all Netpro employees and (sub)contractors have been inducted onto site?

Is the Netpro project site fenced off from the clients normal business activities?

A Netpro construction sign has been attached to the entrance to the project site?

Have you walked around the entire site to confirm dimensions on plans?

Is a services search being carried out for the project and are the services clearly marked and explained to staff?

Have you shown the client all the pole and anchor locations for the project?

Form 038 (Pre-drill Sign off) has been explained to the client and the client has signed?<br>Evidence attached.

A fully stocked First Aid kit is on site?

A compliant fire extinguisher is on site?

Site facilities are appropriate, toilets, lunch room, extreme weather protection?

Weather conditions
