Section B - Baggage Service

  • Cek Kebersihan & kerapihan area kerja

  • Cek SDM, SDA yang bertugas & report SDM

  • Cek Report Mishandling bge dom&int

  • Cek & monitor waktu pengantaran bagasi irreg ke alamat pax sesuai target (CIP/VIP, C clss, Y cls)

  • Cek case yang masih Pending (AHL, DPR, Pilfered)

  • Apakah semua bagasi diterima dalam keadaan baik

  • Apakah bagasi diterima bersamaan dengan Pax

Section C - Transfer Desk

  • Cek Kebersihan & kerapihan area kerja

  • Cek SDM, SDA yang bertugas & report SDM

  • Cek staff TD yang standby di SWING GATE

  • Cek Report trabags

  • Cek monitor Report permintaan & ketersediaan Wheelchair (bila ada permintaan tambahan)

Section D - Make Up Area

  • Cek Kebersihan & kerapihan area kerja

  • Cek SDM, SDA yang bertugas

  • Cek All Conveyor&Monitor keberangkatan, FIDS

  • Cek & koordinasi Custom terkait xray conveyor

Section E - CGKKDGA

  • Cek & Buat OHR bila terjadi Hazard

  • Membuat & Memonitor DASC (Berkoordinasi dengan CGKKOGA)

  • Cek,respon & Note di particular terkait permintaan dari Outstation (Email, WA, dll)
