  • Has Maximum TV Screen resolution been Set (1080P, 1080i ect)<br>The optimum display setting for the Sky Q box when connected with an HDMI cable is 1080p. Use this setting whenever possible.<br>1.Press Home on your Sky Q touch remote, then select Settings and then Setup.<br>2.Select Audio Visual, then select Picture Resolution.
