- After opened cinnamon sugar bag, fold and close an original case with 30 day shelf life.<br>- Cinnamon sugar is poured in 1/6 size cambro pan using green ladle with the 1/5 pan Hinge Notch Flip Lid (#1064). Label with 14 day shelf life.

Pre-cooked Donuts are not thawed.<br>(Once received Donuts from delivery, the case should be place in the walk-in refrigerator immediately.)

- Wear gloves and a plastic freezer bag by using the bag-covered hand with glove to pic up 3 raw croissant donuts.<br>- Twist a knot and store prepped portions of donuts in 1/3 size cambro pan and label the same date shown on the original case.<br>- Place in POU freezer on the bottom shelf and closest to the door handle away from the hinge.
