Store Front

  • Storefront Sign / Electric- On during mall hours. Weep holes must be plugged. Not blinking.

Sales Floor

  • Merchandise Fixtures- Must be spaced apart to allow customers movement.

  • Aisles- Clear for customers movement . No tripping hazards.

  • Dressing Rooms- Must be clean without Merchandise and boxes stored in there.

  • Ceiling/Sprinklers- Min 18 inches from highest item. Pop off cover not painted.

  • Ceiling tiles & Vents- Missing ceiling tiles, dirty vents.

  • Thermostat Setting- Set to cool at 75 and heat at 69. Or anywhere between.

  • Lighting- All bulbs on sales floor must be working and on during mall hours.

  • Cashier Stations- No visible broken areas and kept clean.

  • Overall Signing-No Hand written signs, no blinking signs.

  • Painted Surfaces/Walls- No holes or unpainted areas.

  • Fire Extinguisher - List Date and Serial #- Must be inspected once a year. One on salesfloor, one in backroom.

  • Emergency Lighting- Must work on battery and façade intact.

Stock Room

  • Shelving- Allows for 18 inches clearance from sprinkler head. Side rolling shelves min 3 inches separation.

  • Aisles- Clear for movement . No tripping hazards.

  • Electrical Panels/Transformer- 3 feet around area must be clear for egree. All circuits marked. No band locks on circuits.

  • Back Door / Exit Lights- Path to back door must be clear. Space# must be posted on backdoor.

  • Sprinklers- Min 18 inches from highest item. Pop off cover not painted.

  • Walls- No holes or unpainted areas.

  • Ceiling tiles- Missing tiles/damaged.

  • Lighting- Proper lighting levels for working conditions. Missing or burnt bulbs.

  • Restrooms- Sinks and toiles must be operational.

  • Fixtures/Plumbing- No broken or uncapped pipes.

  • Fire Extinguisher - List Date and Serial # Must be inspected once a year. One on salesfloor, one in backroom.
