Walk

Complete walk around of external of the building. Ensuring all fire doors are locked and secure. Take picture of the entrance door ensuring it is clean and looks good for guests arriving.

Car Park

  • Complete walk through of car park, ensuring all bins have been emptied and it is clean

Gym

  • Check gym, steam room & sauna is clean and presentable.<br>Music is on

Rooms

  • Inspect two rooms in each property.

Bin

  • Check bin store to ensure all bins have been put away correctly and its in order. Take picture of current state of play in the bin room.

Changing rooms

  • Check the male and female changing rooms to ensure they are clean. Everything should be in order with no maintenance issues.

Terrace

  • Take picture of terrace at 6pm ensuring it is clean and ashtrays are empty.

Bar & Restaurant

  • Take picture of bar & restaurant at 6pm ensuring candles are on music is at a good volume for atmosphere. The lights should be dimmed.

Update

  • At 7pm, get an update from reception on how the arrivals and departures are going. Is there any feedback.

Public Area

  • Check the male, female & accessible toilet in the public area.

Last check

  • Complete check in with F&B team at 9pm, do they need any support?

Finalise the report

  • Send email to all HOD's advising how the late shift was. Highlight any issues that may arise in the morning.
