Please complete the below checklist before and immediately after the upgrade and raise any applicable issues with the IT Helpdesk
Pre-Installation checks:

Have all the printers got paper ready to print, IE: kiosks, grills and front counter?

Are any relevant keys for kiosks available if needed?

Do all kvs screens have bump bar keypads attached for testing? Please make sure all are working
